Toy Nerds is owned and operated by Collectors, so we understand how important it is to ensure that your purchase arrives at your nominated shipping address the safest way possible. We take pride in ensuring that your goods are probably handled and are carefully packaged.
If you believe your purchase has become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. Please contact Toy Nerds immediately via email to Admin@toynerds.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure that we resolve the issue with the utmost importance.
All items purchased from Toy Nerds come with a Purchase Receipt. We require a copy of this receipt to process you return. Please note that all returns/exchange enquiries must be received by TOY NERDS within 30 days of you receiving your items at your nominated shipping address.
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to process and appear back in the same account used to place your order. Please note, delivery and service fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

White Glove Shipping
Toy Nerds was created for Collectors by Collectors and we know there is nothing worse than receiving your collectable broken or damage so that’s why we have implemented our White Glove shipping service.
This service is 100% FREE and is used on every toy or collectable that we handle in our warehouse. Our expert handling of your package ensures that you receive your collectable the way it was intended.
To make things even better we will send you a visual order confirmation of your items before they leave our warehouse. This service ensures that you know that the utmost care was taken with your items while in our care, so that you receive them safely and securely.
How do we ship your collectables?
We ship to all customers from our Head Office and Warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Once order is shipped we will send you a tracking number and a visual confirmation or your order via your account and email that has been provided in your account details.
If the total value of the order is UNDER $149 (GST inclusive) we offer a flat rate of $6 shipping to any Australian address. This flat rate $6 shipping service is via standard Australia Post eParcel.
If your order is OVER $149 (GST inclusive), then we ship your order free of charge. This is done via a regular Australia Post eParcel.
Standard eParcel Shipping is trackable through Australia Post, we will send you a tracking number via your account and email.

If you choose the EXPRESS POST option at Checkout you will pay an additional cost for shipping . There is no Free Shipping on items over $200 under the Express Post option.
Toy Rewards is Toy Nerds rewards program. We know you love toys and we want to reward you for choosing to shop with Toy Nerds. So every purchase you make will reward you will Toy Nerds Toykens. Toykens can be earned on product purchases, as well the following methods.
- Earn 1 Toyken per $1 spent on the site (excluding shipping)
- Earn 10 Toykens for opening an account with Toy Nerds
- Earn 2x Toykens on all pre-orders (Excluding shipping)
Toykens can be used on any purchase on the site, there is NO limit to how many you can use. If you have enough toykens you could get your complete purchase (Excluding Shipping) for free.

If you purchase an item then return that item, the Toykens associated with that purchase will also be returned along with the item.
Toy Nerds reserves the right to change your toykens if the site has miscalculated the correct allocated amount. You will be notified if that is the case.
